Daaaaang. I haven't been here in forever. Hopefully I can make more time for this again . I've got a lot of things in life coming up and need to keep an E-note of things since my short-term memory is horrible. but for now.. this is cool:
Reasons this thing is cool.
1. Floating apartments = leave for work/school/life either by car or by jetski/boat! sweet idea!
2. Green Built = better for the enviroment!
3. Recently went out on a boat, now I want one and this is EXACTLY where i want to put my boat/yacht.
4. Fishing right outside my balcony! put my annual fishing license to good use.
5. Great for those hot days.
6. Girls Sunbathing made easy and not a far drive away.

NIN "Closer" video given a closer look
In the early 90's, I only had a small dose of NIN, and a small does of Nine Inch Nails was more than enough for a 4th-6th grader to want to run back to church and ask the priest for forgiveness. Now that Im old enough to understand human nature, adult rated ideas, and artistic value, my meetings with the priest have become unnecessary (although I should do confession..). Anyways, the original uncensored version of Nine Inch Nails' Closer is a bit weird to the normal mind, but I watched it numerous times now and could almost feel like it belongs in an art museum.
The song is definitely awesome, not because of all the disgusting remarks, but because of they way everything flows together; the art, the sounds, the words, the emotions. Everything compliments eachother and builds a classic.
The "Making.." video is a bit long, but its interesting how an idea becomes a masterpiece. All this thought and work into one video is amazing.. and they have to try and make this type of impact EVERYTIME! tough.
First, the video.

Glass Sink Makes My Top 3
I don't have a list of favorite sinks, or a journal I write in everytime I see a cool sink. ( "Dear Diary, I just walked out of Home Depot and saw one of the coolest sinks! It made my day. Now I want to buy a cute puppy and feed it cute little flowers so it poops up rainbows and smiley faces!" ) ... yeah, no.
But this sink is pretty rad.

I could make a mess on this thing and just squeegee it all to the bottom. Just the transition from flat normal glass to the flowing round-shaped glass is just awesome.

Cadbury commercials FTW
HAD to post this up because [1]it's funny, [2]the music brings back some memories (lol to myself), [3] it's genius.
Cadbury - Eyebrow Dance from Kobe Derie on Vimeo.
Awhile back, Cadbury came up with this commercial as well. Kinda makes me think of that toy monkey living its dream. Maybe thats what they're trying to get at.. If it is, then I'm a genius and I get the commercial! Plus, Phil Collins can make some badass songs.

Illusions are fun, new movie poster
Poster comes out for scary movie "The Unborn". Haven't seen the trailer yet, but check this out.
Do you see the dead kid in the mirror?! No, really there's a kid in the mirror. And he looks dead. Look closer. Nothing still? Look away for a second then look at the poster again. See him now? Try squinting your eyes. Focus on the mirror. I swear theres a kid in the mirror's reflection. Well, once you get your eyes off the girl's butt, you might see it. Took me about 20 minutes to see the damn kid. Jaayyzzzuuuss.

Happy Birthday James!
James Marshall Hendrix that is.. If you don't know, his birthday is November 27, 1942. In recognition of his awesomeness [yes, I said awesomeness and no its not a word, but yes I can say what I want, it's my blog], watch this video of two arts coming together with the help of David Garibaldi. A beautiful piece I say.
More painting fun, minus the music and bald guy. It gets a bit creepy towards the middle, but don't worry, nothing to fear.
