Illusions are fun, new movie poster

Poster comes out for scary movie "The Unborn". Haven't seen the trailer yet, but check this out.

Do you see the dead kid in the mirror?! No, really there's a kid in the mirror. And he looks dead. Look closer. Nothing still? Look away for a second then look at the poster again. See him now? Try squinting your eyes. Focus on the mirror. I swear theres a kid in the mirror's reflection. Well, once you get your eyes off the girl's butt, you might see it. Took me about 20 minutes to see the damn kid. Jaayyzzzuuuss.

Neato ninja gift!

Mom and Dad not happy about you failing your classes and showing up on the report card? Well you're in luck, and what perfect time to buy something to turn that FAIL into.. well.. it'll still be a FAIL, but you can post up your fail on the fridge with this! Post that fail with a little flare!

Source Ninja Star Magnet

Unfortunately you can't really throw them. Well you can, but you'll just look like an idiot throwing a magnet shaped as 3/4 of a ninja star. Now buy these suckers and make the ladies melt in your fingers when you tell them "I might not be rich, but I've got the hottest set of ninja star magnets in my kitchen *wink*." Another downside: these things are backordered. And they dont come with a free ninja outfit, but smart people like me know that all you gotta do is tie a shirt to your face and you're officially a ninja! and a guy with a shirt on his face.

SNL makes me giggle like a little school girl.

After watching SNL this past saturday, I was hoping to find the clip of Andy Samberg impersonating the little 9yr old kid, who supposedly wrote some advice on how to talk to girls [wtf?], but no luck yet. By the way, it was funny. Cause kids are funny. and people who need advice from a 9yr old are funny too. Sorry people, grow up.

BUT! dare not fret my fellow readers. I have come through for your viewing pleasure. you can send praises and NSFW pictures via email or comments. After further research, I found the "Jizz In My Pants" video.

Quotable quote;

EDIT/UPDATE: found it. duh.

Happy Birthday James!

James Marshall Hendrix that is.. If you don't know, his birthday is November 27, 1942. In recognition of his awesomeness [yes, I said awesomeness and no its not a word, but yes I can say what I want, it's my blog], watch this video of two arts coming together with the help of David Garibaldi. A beautiful piece I say.

More painting fun, minus the music and bald guy. It gets a bit creepy towards the middle, but don't worry, nothing to fear.

What cup? .. Oh yeah, Apple Cup. Zzzzz...

It's that time of the year again, when Washington's two rival schools go at it. Winner gets... .. ..Second-to-Last Place trophy? Wow, we suck bad. Washington State goes into the cup with a miraculous record of 1-10, while Washington somehow comes up with a killer 0-10 record. Oh, wait, thats Loss-Games played. silly me. Again, We suck, and by we I mean the state of Washington. Lucky for everyone else, the game will be Televised for EVERYONES viewing pleasure on FOX @ 3pm Eastern this coming Saturday.

What genius thought "Oh haaiiii, instead of replaying House or Family Guy episodes, let's make history and televise the Apple Cup NAAAAATIONALLY!!!! that way everyone knows how much of a joke our station is!"

Yeah I should be more considerate for my two home teams, especially my Cougs. But 1-10?! and 0-10?! C'mon guys, give us something to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. Oh well, one good thing has come out of this sour apple..

Cheerleaders :)

Late night craving..

Step your game up AT&T and bring the Blackberry Storm to my hands! So far I've heard there are a few glitches, but that's like anything new to us, like Windows Vista, Apple iPhone, cloning animals, Dane Cook and/or Carlos Mencia [Carlos has WAY MORE than a few glitches], muffin tops, asian gangsters, japanese tattoos on white people, and THE ECONOMY [rawr!].

more good news you say?
mmm, how about a new trailer for J.J. Abram's Star Trek. I was never a fan of Star Trek, but for some reason this one is kinda exciting for me. Maybe because Sylar of Heroes is in it [I enjoy Heroes], or maybe Harold [John Cho] is in it also, and I am expecting some sort of silly antics of him and Kumar smoking marijuana, and a cheetah comes into scene with Neil Patrick Harris riding on a unicorn. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

UPDATE..
this SHOULD be the new trailer

Good Morning Losers.

Im trying here.. still trying

Recently I went to the Rockband Live Tour at the Everett Event Center. I was fortunate enough to have a "date" with me so I wouldn't enjoy the music just by myself. Overall, it was pretty good but then again I don't have very much to compare it to since I rarely go to concerts and/or shows because of the lack of money. The tour featured Panic at the Disco, Plain White T's, The Cab, and the one and only DASHBOARD CONFESSIONAL who was friggin awesome.
the opening..

The Cab performing

Plain White T's

Panic at the Disco

and most of all, DASHBOARD CONFESSIONAL

I feel like I've fallin back into a slumber again, like I did during the beggining of the year. I think it's because of not using my time efficiently and slacking off here and there. Also it seems like there are a lot of problems around me, but the problems don't directly affect me, but just bring down my momentum. I don't have much of a routine going on since work is very flex, so I need to push myself to get things back on track. One way is getting back into shape. I used to use make time to workout at least 4-5 times a week, and now its like 2 times a week if that. The great thing about my the type of workouts that I do is that I can literally do them just about anywhere, just as long as I have some equipment. Other than access to the mini-gym located here in the apartment courtyard, my access to a gym does not neccessarily work with my schedule. So I think I'll either somehow make use of the mini-gym or else workout in the courtyard (maybe that'll get some spectators to wonder what im doing, and get them to check out the gym I TRY and go to). ALSO, I seriously need to get my cardio back up to par so hopefully make some time to go running.

On a more happier note, its SNOWBOARDING SEASON! And so far I see myself going to Whistler, B.C. at least twice this season hopefully. I just bought some new boots and a new board, so along with my one-season-old bindings I shall be pushing the envelope even more now. Hopefully I can start this November. Join Me!

Halloween just past. That was pretty fun. Kinda waited till the last moment to put my costume together. Pictures to come soon, once I upload from my camera. There was a costume contest going on and I think it was set up. First of all, the “theme” was “dead celebrities,” but the only contest I saw that was held.. guess which “dead celebrities” won? .. .. . no idea? .. .. .. how about MONKEY AND BANANA! Don’t know which celebrity they are? Yeaaahh me either. Me and 3 (maybe 4 if Joe could have fit a onesie) friends dressed up like babies and I felt like we had a good shot at this. We also (no pun intended) rolled up with a sushi! A home made sushi! She at least got some of the crowds cheers. All good tho, the monkey and banana are our friends, and I got a free t-shirt and a $40 tab :)

milk and cookies

Yes, i did survive Vegas, and no i did not need a liver transplant. Updating this thing has not been atop my list of "things-to-do" because since the last time a blogged [before i left for Vegas], I have been busy doing a few other things that are on my list. I've figured out a new way to keep readers/followers/stalkers up to date.. BLACKBERRY.

my blackberry curve is me, but better. Cheap, small, convenient, and best of all, is not as forgetful as i am. And for those of you who know me, i can definitely be forgetful. I already use the blackberry to update my Twitter, and now I try my best to make note of what i do each day that is worth mentioning. I did it once awhile back and it looked like this..
8/5: hung out at kate's, beer pong [winner], 711 hotdog,
8/6: interview, kayaking, agua verde, fuzion bar
8/7: orientation
8/8: war room, drive to sam's [hotdog in butt], sam's house [sam throws up], drive to kates, drive home
8/9: small hangover, wedding

Not much but i probably would have not remembered that night unless i noted it. I'm sure if i keep updating, it would become more in depth, with more interesting stories hopefully.

..UPDATE..
That post was done mid-September.. It is now October 10. as you can see i am WAY behind. so this is what happened.. last time i was blogging, i had to save it for later because i was heading out the door. But since then, my internet connection failed on me, which means my neighbor decided to either move out or not pay their bill. GEEZ people! *sigh* anyways, i added another journal note since then..

9/23: Happy B-day PJ!, Wasabi Bistro, nap,
9/24: work,
9/25: workout, rest
9/26: clean, mall, meet with canadians, drink up, war room, hotdogS [so good!], cell on trunk!
9/27: Rainstorm [fgb], work (5-1030), chill, Beth's till 4am

The whole "cell on trunk!" thing was amazing! seriously. So after War Room, we grabbed some hot dogs for the canadians to try since they never had a cream cheese hotdog. One of them was actually way too drunk so we sat hit down in a little doorway. we got 5 hotdogs for me, pj, and her 3 "cousins" ..but i underestimated her cousins because somehow we were able to walk away with 7 hotdogs! omg, greatest hotdog moment ever so far. So we got to the car, and one of them ran into the night to pee, so we waited at the car. I had two hotdogs and my cell in my hand, and my eyes glazed in tears of joy. so i set one hotdog down and my cell on the trunk waiting for Carlo to pee, and i scarf down one hotdog. by the time he gets back i grab the only thing i can see with my half-drunk eyes.. the hotdog. we get into the car and drive away to the apartment which is about a good 15min away. The trip consisted of hills, turns, and speeding down the highway. When we get to the apartment and out of the car, "Brittanie" says "uhh.. whos cellphone is this?!".. .... .. yeah. MY cellphone, STILL ON THE BACK OF THE CAR! is that ridiculous or what?! so my cell phones case has a magnet in it that turns off the screen when you put it in the case, and i guess that magnet held it onto the car. FRIGGIN CRAZY i tell yah. I am SO SO SO lucky :D

so now i have temporary internet connection [see: Panera], and then im off to the bus station to make my way over to the other side of the water to Bremerton. Once i have full control of the internet back, ill be blogging more! oh yeah, NEW LAPTOP! its pretty sweet, but i might look for another since i want something smaller and lighter in weight because i plan on bringing it with me to places.

I also talked to the apartment leasers, so it looks like me and my sister might be moving into a newly remodeled apartment. Can't wait to move in, but then again, i don't want to move in right now cause its bloody cold outside! i think i'm just used to the warm weather so im slowly getting used to being cold again. It's nice to layer up tho! yaye. okay, enough for now. oh, and if i dont update soon, heres whats going on.

today: bbq with friends in bremerton, visit BUNSEN at home [yaye!], come back to seattle tonight and chill
10/11: RAINSTORM, work :(
10/14: Everett Event Center for DASHBOARD CONFESSIONAL! and other people.
10/18: House Warming party for some friends
10/31: Halloween. don't know what im going to be, or what im doing. gotta get on this one.

ALRIGHT! im done.

Hide your daughters, Vegas.. Marc is coming! [pause]

Quick little update since my last blog..
- July 4: Sheena's Bday celebration @ Baltic Room. Conclusion: Finding a bus stop drunk is VERY difficult; Everyone got real drunk; DJ table almost knocked over; tater tots are still yum as always; hotdogs also VERY good after drunken nights; Sheena stumbles around apartment while PJ passes out on couch.

- July 12: Tour of Seattle's historic architectural houses. You can tell a lot about the interior design according to the people that live in it [see: their pictures] haha. Very nice walk. Lots of old people. Soft cookies are good without milk.

- July 17: Pauline's bday celebration @ Sushi Land, Kerry Park, then Ohana's [21+ bar]; started out kinda weird, but after a few drinks, and some nasty ones; borrowed some matches and a fan; Pauline throws up towards the end of the night.

- July 19: Friends wedding; Wasn't really planning on going but got an invitation at the very last moment; good music during ceremony; no open bar, BUT that didn't stop me from getting drunk [started at 4pm-ish]; ran out of beef roast before I got to it, but PJ saves the day and surprises me with a plate of salmon and asparagus [well done, pj. well done.] more mix drinks thrown back, with a few straight shots of Crown, and a Heineken. Get back to apartment, invite friends over for more drinks, resulting in a game of Kings Cup, and some FAIL images. Sheena calls out for Bunsen [the dog] every now and then.

For the next 5 days I will be relocating to FABULOUS LAS VEGAS
for a vacation with some friends. Hopefully i keep track of what goes on. This might be a bit difficult seeing that i'll be drunk most of the time. I'll have to make some sort of reminder, like string around my finger. We'll see how that goes. If you would like to see who is joining me on this trip, check out the REAL TALK blog, located on my other links provided. I'll also update ASAP when I come back. oh yeah, we'll be staying at the POLO TOWERS

It's one in the morning of the 23rd right now and NOTHING is packed up yet! This is ridiculous, so tomorrow afternoon is gonna be jam packed with planning and organizing and just being as ready as possible. After this blog, i'll get a list of things i need to bring, sleep, wake up, and do laundry. maybe even do some shopping here in bremer-dale before i head out to seattle.

thats all i have for now, hope you all enjoy the end of july! And a HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY to a close friend of mine, Ken! his birthday is on the day i leave [july 24th], so although i wont be here to celebrate with you guys, be safe and get drunk as always!

see you guys when i get back!

Oops, did i say June? i mean JULY!

HAPPY JULY EVERYONE! and a special HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY FRIEND SHEENA ! She turns the big Deuce Deuce today and we're gonna celebrate with friends, dinner, and a few drinks. *Sigh* we are getting old. haha.. No more parties where parents cook all the food, and you just sit back and wait. So yeah, I missed out on June in here, and I apologize for that. Things just got kinda busy/hectic after finals. Yet at the same time, so much has happened! I finally made time to fill this sucker in.. so lemme update you real quick

Celebrated my Bday [June 15] with a bunch of friends and drinks at a club. We actually did this on the 13th. From what I remember, I was pretty drunk.. I saw a lot of faces I haven't seen in forever, and probably made a fool of myself. Dru got me and Joe [who couldn't make it] a booth, where I think I spent about 30min in during the 2hrs I was there. Ended up back at Sheena's where I AGAIN made a fool of myself.. small hangover and Rainstorm the next day. haha.

Two friends of mine visited, Jireh and Kathleen. They went to a wedding in Bremerton/Silverdale. I met up with them the first night they came in, and just drank and played card games with more friends at Jireh's place. that was interesting, taking swigs from a bottle of Malibu Rum. Note to self: if you want to get drunk quick, play Drunk Driver [the card game]. It was fun seeing them. Hopefully get to do it again soon.

Walked around downtown Seattle with PJ, Justin, and Pauline, which was pretty fun. Kinda wish we spent more time walking around but we started the day a bit late :( Thanks to me, PJ and I missed the ferry we wanted to catch, so we just spend an hour looking for a ride and eating. Anyways, we walked along the Pier, then up to the Seattle Art Museum where there were chalk drawings on the ground. Pretty cool stuff.

I also visited Lake Crescent just recently. Me and PJ are planning on camping there sometime soon, so we decided to check out the campsite. The drive there was sorta long, but I think it was because we sorta didn't know where we were going. But I think the drive was worth it. The water was beautiful! so clean and clear.. but being water from the mountains, it was a bit cold. Nice place though, a definite revisit coming soon.

One last thing.. I'm officially out of Bremerton/Silverdale, and have finally relocated to Seattle. My sister and I found a two bedroom apartment that lets us have Bunsen, the family Beagle, and a decent place to live. Although the price really puts a huge dent in my wallet, I think it's worth it for now. So to all you Seattle-heads, HIT ME UP! Well, I gotta get going. Spending the rest of the day running errands, shopping with the other sister, and then dinner+bar tonight for Sheena. Hopefully I update soon again. Enjoy your summer!

See you in JUNE!

Lately I've been busy with a lot of things going on in my life right now. School is about to end meaning finals are coming up, so it's crunch time for me. Although I only have 2 finals, one research paper and a Geology final, I still need to give it my full attention. I have a flaw that makes me decide to work at the very last moment (see: PROCRASTINATE). I've been able to keep away from that with my geology class thanks to the fact that the class is pretty cool, and the teacher is probably one of the best teachers I've had in college. As for Composition, its DUMB. I like writing, but only when I'm not forced to write, so my research paper is taking me longer than usual. I should actually be typing it up right now, but just the thought of it makes me want to throw something [not abusively!]. well, maybe at the teacher, but she means well.

So anyways, I have lots to add to what has been going on lately, but I won't be able to update like I want to until after JUNE 10th. I'll try and remember most of it, but knowing me, I'll forget most of it. So have a good one, good luck to those studying for finals, and see you all in JUNE!

*ahem* JUNE 15 *ahem* birthday *ahem*

everything working to my personal fortune..

Wow, I've been neglecting this so much. Since my last post, so much has been going on with my life, I haven't found time to update this sucker. I usually post when my mind is wandering off and thinking about random things, but lately my mind has been plenty busy thinking of whats been set before me.

First off. LAS VEGAS, NEVADA!.. It's official. I'll be heading out during July for about a week of uncontrollable fun and nonsense with a group of friends! Other friends of ours will be there also so we might all run into each other, which could be both good and crazy. We'll be flying Virgin Airlines which has outrageously cool airplane cabins [see website for images], so expect drinking and good ol' fashion fun a mile high in the sky! We have about 10 people in my group going so far, and I am ONE OF TWO GUYS going! I make up 50% of the amount of males attending this trip [so far].. I don't know if that's a good thing or not, but I figured it'd be something to point out. I think its more bragging than complaining :) haha.. so more to that story later as we reach the official date. woo! hella excited!

Like I said before, I've been pretty busy lately. Well, not necessarily busy, but just preoccupied with other things. Crossfit has been occupying some of this time. I've been getting other people interested in crossfit, so I've been "training" them on some workouts, and giving them as much information as I can even though I'm not technically qualified to do that, but I've been learning as much as I can lately from an actual crossfit trainer. It seems I'm doing alright cause I've been asked many times about working out, so it's a good start. Might I suggest those who live in the Northwest area to visit Foundation CrossFit garage gym located in Lake City Way, Seattle [address on site]!

Through crossfit, I have met someone I've actually been looking for [see: "who you would like to meet" on my myspace page].. a girl willing to do crossfit with me! Hah. since we first worked out, we've been spending more time hanging out outside of the gym. Not only does she crossfit, but she likes the outdoors and likes to be active. Umm, yeah.. shes great in my book so far. So lately we've been doing some pretty cool stuff..
Mariner's game [go M's!], Seattle Art Museum [in toga!], working out, partying, picnics, random walks and talks, studying, going to spa's, etc.. and the plans still continue as we speak!
its good fun so far, and she's been enjoying it also, which she totally deserves! lots of other fun stuff ahead of us, but hopefully ill be able to fill you all in on what ill be doing hopefully.

Summer is coming up, Spring quarter is ending.. I've been telling everyone that my plan is to move to Seattle this summer so I'll be looking for apartments in that area very soon. Maybe one that allows dogs [i got a Beagle!].. Summer is going to be REDONKULOUS I tell yah. I've made so many plans already for this summer, it'll be hard to top it. NO JOKE. I'm pretty excited for it!

[Bad segway right here]

Lately, I've been hearing people not taking advantage of situations when they definitely should. I touched base with this topic last blog, but i think i focused more on the "boys/girls to men/women" whole deal. When i say take advantage I mean take the initiative and do what needs to be done. "Live life. It's not a rehearsal." and that's the truth. If things don't work out the way you want it to, then things weren't meant to go that way. You will know when you are on the right path because everything will fall into place and you will eventually find what you have been looking for. Of course it's going to take a lot of hard work and time, but with patience and effort, you will know when you are on the right path. Sometimes the best route isn't necessarily the straight path, or the path you usually take. Maybe a new trail is what you need in life.

Anyways, it's late and I need to fold my laundry before I begin to pass out. Have a good one everyone. see you next blog.
