Back Squat [80kg], Press [40kg]

Could have gone just a bit heavier, but I wanted to make sure my mechanics were consistent. Elbows up!

20sec of work, 10sec of rest; 1min of rest between exercise

Total of LEAST number per exercise: 55 (55 club!)

we really need a pullup bar soon. but at least Im getting some ring pullups to clean up my muscle ups later.
