GRFS LOG 25APR09: DAY 6

SLEEP:
7hrs

NUTRITION:
1230 handfull of almonds, bottled water

1330 small plate of cantaloupe, grapes, mango, bottled water

1530-1630 hand full of almonds, bottled water

1700-2030 hand full of almonds, apple, some water

2300 1/3lb of steak, mushrooms, carrots, rice, salad [greens, tomatoes, cheese, salt, olive oil], glass of water

WOD:
4rds for time
400m run, 50 squats

FEELING:
heavy legs, need to eat more again. Drinking the night before doesn't help, oh well though. work sucks. need to sleep to work again. BLAH
