GRFS LOG 24APR09: DAY 5

SLEEP:
Can't remember, but I'm sure its around 6-8hrs

NUTRITION:
1000 bowl of cereal with milk

1400ish paleo kit, 2 glasses of milk

1900 Kona Kitchen fried rice, glass of water, a little bit of kalua pork & rice

2100-0200 alcoholic beverages, one bite of a hotdog truck hotdog

WOD:
AMRAP in 15min
5 DB thrusters, 2 @ 30#
10 burpees

[11rds + 5DB + 5burpees]

FEELING:
Got to do this workout in the future box of FCF, and it was great. It was kinda cold inside but I was still able to sweat a lot. The weight definitely took a toll on my body since I havent thrown that much weight over myself in awhile.
