1100 Honey Almond Flax cereal, pint of milk

1530 8 Tysons nuggets, 1/4 cup of grated cheese, small glass of sugar free iced tea

2000 Honey Almond Flax cereal, pint of milk

2100 Burrito bowl (black beans, braised beef, tomato, sour cream, shredded cheese, letus), glass of water

0030 8 Tysons nuggets, glass of water

WOD:
DB swings for 7min [173]

Feeling:
I think the fact that we workout outside helps decrease that whole "workout" feeling, because the wind keeps me from sweating hard. Time to workout in the box!
