FEELING:
After a chat with the trainer, I don't feel like I am going cold turkey on my eating anymore, but just less of the bad stuff. I usually eat pretty well, but I could always use the extra help to stray from the carbs. My quads are still sore from Tabata squats the other day. I'm walking like I pooped my pants and it ran down my legs.
