1200 omelete; 2eggs, some milk, ground beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, hot sauce; .5pint of milk

1800-2000 pint of water

2100 "beef&eggs"; ground beef, 2 eggs, hand full of mushrooms, garlic salt and pepper; pint of water

WOD:

400m run
30 squat thrusts

FEELING:
good. more cardio, which my mind and body hate.
