FEELING:
Went a bit light on the weight for the WOD, but I made up for it by pushing myself harder. towards the end of the WOD, I started feeling it in my lower back, expecting it to hurt the next day [it doesn't]. I feel good. working out this much always feels good. I don't use that stupid excuse "I'm getting older.." when I'm only 23! c'mon now people..
